Buildie's support

Support is available on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM in Finnish, free of charge, for all users through the channel of their choice: phone, chat, or email. The goal of our support is to provide immediate assistance via the chosen method, so users can quickly return to their work.

In addition, our service specialists proactively reach out to customers to check how Buildie is being used and to offer suggestions for improving its effectiveness. This proactive support is also free of charge.
